• Hot Vulcanized Rubber Liner: This process involves unvulcanized rubber being vulcanized under conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, and controlled sulfurization time in equipment like vulcanization tanks. During this process, the rubber achieves complete vulcanization, and the hot-vulcanized rubber is strongly bonded to the bonding surface.
• Cold Vulcanized Rubber Liner: Cold vulcanization is an advanced Rubber Liner process. It involves chemical reactions between special adhesives and semi-vulcanized Rubber Sheets for bonding. This method allows for immediate use after bonding and achieves a bonding strength of 9-12N/mm. - Rubber Liner Installation:
Rubber Liner installation involves creating a continuous isolating covering on the surface of metal or other materials using Rubber Sheets. The rubber materials commonly used for Rubber Liner include soft rubber, hard rubber, and semi-hard rubber. The installation process includes surface treatment of the metal substrate, processing and cutting of rubber sheets, adhesive application, fitting, and bonding.
