Wear-resistant Rubber Lining Processes:

This hand-operated process is widely applicable, especially for large-scale onsite rubber wear-resistant lining construction, although it requires experienced and skilled workers. - Molded Natural Rubber Lining: Different from the hand-cut and bonded process, this method uses custom molds to shape natural wear-resistant rubber into the required forms, directly installed inside the equipment. Wear-resistant Rubber Lining Cases:
- Screening Machine Rubber Screen: In a certain mining washing and screening equipment, the original design used ordinary round steel welded screens for the upper layer and metal screens for the lower layer. After redesigning, the metal screens were replaced with high-elasticity wear-resistant natural rubber screens, featuring a multi-layer structure with nylon mesh in between. After the redesign, the onsite noise was significantly reduced, maintenance decreased, downtime was reduced, and equipment lifespan was greatly extended.
- Slurry Pump Rubber Sheath: A certain sand pump station primarily transported tailings slurry after ore beneficiation. The slurry, mainly composed of quartz particles, had a flow rate of 180m³ per hour, a pipeline length of about 500m, an output diameter of 150mm, multiple bends, and valves along the route, and a vertical height difference of about 10m. After replacing the pipe joints, valves, and slurry pumps with wear-resistant rubber lining, maintenance costs of wearable parts were reduced by more than half.
- Hydrocyclone Wear-resistant Rubber Lining: In a copper mine in China, the ore mainly contains magnetite, pyrrhotite, pyrite, etc., with a copper content of about 0.5% and slurry mud content of 10%. Using DEF Rubber’s wear-resistant rubber lining, the equipment lifespan significantly improved, with the rubber lining lasting more than twice as long as ordinary rubber.
- Water Absorption Rubber Strips for Cleaning Industry Floor Scrubbers:
